Test Evironment
- Chrome browser
- Window 10
- URL: http://113.190.248.122:3099/timesheet/timesheet/
- Account test: test40
- Password: 123456
Step:
1.Nhập/ chọn giờ ở textbox start time

Actual: bug không hiển thị thông báo lỗi "Start time out of work time ([start working time] - [end working time])" khi nhập start time < start working time

Expect result: Hiển thị thông báo lỗi "Start time out of work time ([start working time] - [end working time])" khi nhập start time trong khoảng 12:00-13:00
