Step:
1.Nhập/ chọn giờ ở textbox start time
*Actual: bug không hiển thị thông báo lỗi khi nhập start time trong khoảng 12:00-13:00 "Start time conflict lunch time"
Expect result: Hiển thị thông báo lỗi "Start time conflict lunch time" khi nhập start time trong khoảng 12:00-13:00
