Không hiển thị msg lỗi khi [Start time] >= [End time]

1.Click vào link [Leave]
2.Chỉnh thời gian [Start time]>=[End time]
3.Check hiển thị lỗi
III. Expected result:
Đưa ra thông báo lỗi 1-1-9: "Error start end"
IV. Actual result:
Không hiển thị msg lỗi
