I.Mô tả:Không hiển thị message lỗi khi Endtime - Starttime < 30 phút

1. Nhập giá trị Start time và End time sao cho End time - Start time < 00:30
2. Confirm messsage lỗi hiển thị

Hệ thống hiển thị thông báo lỗi 1-1-10
